Why am I not receiving notifications from the app?

To recieve notifications from the app you need to make sure your notifications are turned on. Follow the steps below to ensure they are turned on:

1. Go to your phone settings

2. Select 'notifications'

3. Find the WBCSD app

4. Make sure 'allow notifications' is toggled on
